I started in customer support. It taught me to look past the complaint to the real problem, and that habit still drives how I work.
I build to learn. I would rather show a working prototype than write a long document, and shipping my own apps keeps me honest about what it takes to get something into people’s hands.
AI is part of how I work every day. It helps me move fast. I still check its work, and the decision stays mine.
